Our founder’s journey to creating this print began with a personal struggle—navigating hormone-related challenges that led to a deep dive into the world of nutrition. In searching for answers, she discovered just how incredible the human body truly is and how the right nourishment can unlock its full potential.

This journey revealed an important truth: understanding how the body works is the foundation for making better choices for health and well-being. Yet, many people take better care of their cars or phones than their own bodies. By learning how our systems function—both independently and in harmony—we gain the knowledge to support them, allowing us to thrive with energy and vitality.

This print was created to capture that sense of wonder, serving as a daily reminder of the intricate symphony happening within. May it inspire a deeper appreciation for your body, and may you honour it by giving it the care and nourishment it needs to thrive

Its matte coating produces vibrant colours, deep blacks, exceptional detail and striking contrasts. It is highly age-resistant, ensuring your prints remain vibrant for generations.

Frames: Our Quadrum picture frames come in three colours ‘white’ ‘black’ & ‘oak’. They are made in Germany from FSC®-certified wood.

Glazing: To protect your prints from light damage and bleaching, most of our frame windows are made of edge-ground float glass with a UV filter of approximately 45%.
