Return Policy

At Ray of Light Prints, we want you to love and feel inspired by your purchase. However, if you do change your mind or it’s not quite right, our return process is here to help.

My order is damaged, can I get a replacement?

  • Yes, in the unlikely event a product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge as quickly as possible.
  • Please contact us at support@rayoflightprints.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
  • Once we verify the issue, we will process your replacement right away.

My order is damaged or significantly delayed. Can I get a refund?

  • Yes, we offer refunds for orders that arrive damaged or are significantly delayed.
  • Damaged Orders: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request the return of damaged items so we can properly dispose of them. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Delayed Orders: Refunds for delays are offered only in cases of significant disruptions. Normal postage delays or delays due to customs processing are excluded. What constitutes a significant delay will be at our discretion.
  • Refunds may be withheld until we receive the returned items.

What if I change my mind? Can I still get a refund?

  • Yes, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel your purchase and request a refund.
  • After notifying us of your decision, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.

Personalised prints are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged. We recommend keeping proof of postage for your returned items, as we cannot process claims for goods lost in transit without it.

How do I request a refund?

  1. Email our team at support@rayoflightprints.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and confirm the next steps.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
