This print was inspired by a profound insight from Conversations with God: Book 1 by Neale Donald Walsch. In the book, Walsch beautifully explores the idea that love and fear are the two fundamental emotions underlying every human action. He explains how all other emotions stem from these two primal forces, shaping the way we perceive and respond to the world.
The passage that sparked this creation deeply resonated with us:
“All human actions are motivated at their deepest level by two emotions—fear or love. In truth, there are only two emotions—only two words in the language of the soul… Fear wraps our bodies in clothing, love allows us to stand naked. Fear clings to and clutches all that we have, love gives all that we have away. Fear holds close, love holds dear. Fear grasps, love lets go. Fear rankles, love soothes. Fear attacks, love amends.”
This thought-provoking perspective inspired us to craft a design that serves as a daily reminder of the choices we make—whether we act from love or fear. The print will remind you what actions out of these two basic emotions look like. It’s a call to embrace love as the guiding force in your life, fostering growth, connection, and harmony.
